About BestStay Florida
A Local Team That Treats Your Property Like Our Own
We're a full-service vacation rental management company built by hosts, for hosts. Our mission is simple: help Florida property owners earn more while doing less.
Our Story
Built by Owners Who Wanted Better
BestStay Florida was founded in 2021 by Adriana Tobón, after our team experienced firsthand how stressful and time-consuming vacation rentals can be. We built the company we wished existed — local, transparent, and aligned with owners' success.
Today we manage 40+ properties across Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Miami (Brickell and Downtown), Orlando and Kissimmee. BestStay Florida is a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, licensed and insured in Florida — and proud to be a Preferred Partner of Marriott Homes & Villas.
